5.1 All bets placed on 288wi are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, as displayed in the relevant product section. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
5.2 288wi reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets offered at obviously incorrect odds due to system error or human error.
5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, 288wi's decision, once made following review, shall be final and binding.
5.4 Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international matches, and other competitions, are settled according to official match and series results as reported by the relevant governing body. 288wi is not responsible for delays or errors in official result reporting.
5.5 Live in-play bets are accepted in real time. 288wi accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues, device failures, or platform latency that may affect a member's ability to place or modify a live bet.
6.1 All promotional offers made available to 288wi members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and cashback promotions, are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed. Wagering requirements, rollover multipliers, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in individual promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering to meet rollover with minimal risk, or use of automated tools, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
